I came upon Hunt Realty and Bill Brewer purely by chance after putting my information into a real estate page when we started looking at homes in FL in May 2021 to move from NY. Hunt emailed and called on occassion with links to homes exactly with my filters and great info. NEVER pushy or overwhelming and a great vibe of sincere interest. New builds quickly fell out of our favor for many reasons and shifted to resales. I happen to be in FL for a work event in July and a home came on the market on a Sat while visiting. I called Bill and 3 hrs later he was at my hotel to pick me up and drive me 30 min to what I knew was my dream home. He was professional and personable and had great things to tell me about the area. To make a long story short... by Thur the home was ours thanks to his time and attention to our offer on the home and the interaction between him, the realtor and their seller. He made himself available to us for every question, every documemt and kept us informed every single step all the way to the walkthrough and beyond! Buying a home, retiring, bringing in an elderly parent, moving states just to bame a few, are all overwhelming enough but Bill made it all seamless and fun. We cannot thank you all enough for everything and I have been and will continue to tell everyone I know about you so they too can have the same experience!
