I contacted Bill Brewer a few years ago when I thought I might want to buy in Sarasota, Fla. Every time I called him, he sent information about the house and set up appointments quickly. When I could not find the right home, Bill would tell me not to get frustrated and not to settle for the wrong house. We looked at so many houses and he never grew impatient. Even if I did not contact him for a while, Bill would always listen to our needs and help us on our search when we were looking. Finally two months ago, we found the house. Bill helped us along the way to set up inspections, communicate with the owner and to have a smooth closing. Bill Brewer was professional and dedicated to getting the job done. We will recommend Bill to all of our family and friends.

Bill was very patient with our process. He understood that we were not just going to buy anything and we were not going to buy a place that was overpriced. We found value in our final selection in a neighborhood that is relatively new, not congested and offered the amenities important to us.

Bill Brewer did a wonder job for us. In just a short period of time we received four(4) offers and a bidding war. When issues arose Bill always worked through them and got us back on track. Very happy with Bill’s service!. Strongly recommend!

I was moving to Florida and explained to Bill the area and features of a home I wanted. He had everything lined up for me to view homes on my next visit! Bill is very knowledgeable and quickly responded to my requests. Once I decided on a home, he gave me guidance on inspections and any proceeding steps that needed to happen. I unfortunetely had a loan fall through and he was right there putting me in touch with another mortgage broker! He truly is one of the best agents!

Bill is an outstanding agent, went above and beyond most agents, and I know hundreds of them from my own business, quick response times, great consistent communication, really helped make a remote deal go smoothly from start to finish. He was able to connect me with a local and high quality legal firm, along with some trusted contractors, I highly recommend Bill and Hunt brothers, complete follow through, true professionals.

Bill was excellent. He patiently helped us look at homes and when one was found he guided us thru all the crazy steps needed to close and protect us. After the close Bill referred handymen in several areas that really helped us.
