First Time Solo Homebuyer's Dreams Come True - 100% Satisfied!

As a first-time solo homebuyer after many years of not owning, I was both excited and nervous about the whole process. Bill made me feel at ease and I knew he had my back. He took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, and guided me through every step. He was always responsive, quick to answer any questions, and made sure I was fully informed without "mansplaining" or making me feel inadequate. He reminded me of the next steps without making it too overwhelming, which is a feat! It also should be noted that he was very patient in the beginning as I pondered all the options in this unpredictable world - including buying a house boat, sailboat, not buying, or wanting places that were way too expensive or too this or that!
