Simply the best real estate agent

Bibiana is simply the best real estate agent that my family has met and we've purchased and sold several houses over the past 20+ years. Bibiana client first approach was essential when she helped my elderly parents (70) and (72) sell their 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Simpsonville, SC in July 2021. Bibiana not only help my parents secured exactly what they wanted for their house but provided white glove service every step of the way, including helping them find a new place to live and help coordinate the mover to the rental place. Since early 2022, Bibiana has been personally working, advising and helping my parents with their desire to build a new home in downtown Simpsonville. Bibiana help identify a contractor could build a brand new house within their limited budget. She was with my parents every step of the ways advising and negotiating what would be the final layout of the house. She help them select the finishing for the new house, would help translate, my parents only speak Spanish, and would answer any and all questions they had about the construction process. Everything that Bibiana did was with my parents interest in mind. When i went to visit them in July 2022 she met me at the new house and walk me through everything that was happening. She would jump on the phone with me to answer my questions regarding how everything was going and kept me informed along the entire process. Lastly, my parent finally received the keys to their new house in December 2022 and Bibiana was there to help them move out from the rental property into the new house. She has gone above and beyond the responsibilities of a real estate agent and till this day she checks in with my parents to ensure they are satisfied with their new home. We highly recommend Bibiana and I'm confident she will always put her clients first.
