My journey looking for a property started back in February 2022 with a simple inquiry for a home in the area. At the time, I was living in Miami, looking for a brand new start in a new city and I came across an instagram page “Sold by Flo” for guidance. Flo reached out to me put me in touch with an agent from her office, Bhavna. Within 24 hours, Bhavna reached out to me and immediately provided her expertise and knowledge. I gave Bhavna a time frame to work with letting her know that I needed to find something within two months and she immediately got to work based off the type of property I wanted, location and amenities. The challenge was, me living in Miami and having no experience in the Central Florida area, but Bhavna gave me such a sense of calm that at no time, was I hesitant in letting her handle Everything. Bhavna from the beginning, was patient and more than understanding of my situation and ensured that I was included as much as possible given the distance. She came back with amazing results each time, leaving nothing behind. The communication was amazing, and she was able to find me the perfect home and listened to my requests to the T. As soon as it started, I quickly found my home and I’m proud to say that I have been living in my new house for about two months and it was the best decision I have ever made to put my trust in Bhavna and the office in finding me my first time home ! This is just a stepping stone, and I look forward to many more property purchases with Bhavna and the office. I consider her my realtor, the sweetest soul, and someone that to this day, offers a helping hand and her friendship.
