She is the most non-responsive agent I've ever dealt with. If you have a perfect, easy scenario, she's the right person. If your situation is unique, I do not recommend her. If you are looking to rent your home out, she's definitely not the right person to help you. It's no wonder that the home she's representing to rent has been sitting on the market for weeks when home rentals are flying off the shelves.
Bhavana listens well and discussed options on home sale price after reviewing neighborhood comp sale prices but paying attention to upgrades as our home was a model home. Quick to communicate and gave good suggestions during price negotiations. More importantly she spent time to add decorations in the empty home to give the pictures the depth and home presented well.
What can I tell you about her? I dont were to start from. They help me every step of the process, a phone call 3 times a day. It does not matter what time was it, she was ready to answer my call.
