Beverly Sold me a over priced $580,000 house that is in the middle of poison land. All the documents were attached to the MSL website that all realtors have access to. She failed to disclose this information to me. Also, any decent agent will do Comps in the area to see what houses go for in the area that compare to the house your looking to buy. This was not done either. The house is back on the market at a loss and a huge lawsuit will be taking place. Do not trust a local, small time realtor!
