Beverly Altemose

I have known Beverly Altemose for close to 50 years. Our children were friends, we shared being friends with a neighbor, and we worship together at the same church. Beverly was our first choice for a realtor when we decided to sell our home of 50 years and downsize. Bev is the ultimate professional- knowledgeable but laid back. Gave excellent advice and was willing to compromise on asking price when I asked to go a little higher. She knows the market and had lots of comparisons for me when selling a 150 year old house. And above all, she made the process of selling my house fun- not an easy job. Sold to first buyers to tour, over asking price. Can't ask for more than that!
