Beverly was spot-on during every step of the home buying process for us -- a process that we had not faced for 36 years. We were rusty but she quickly got a feel for what we were looking for and zeroed in on homes to show us. She made every minute of our scouting trips to the Cape from the Boston area worthwhile and helped us ask all the right questions. We also learned how home care on the Cape (septic systems, no disposals, self trash disposal) would be differnt from our Boston lifestyle. She pointed out Sandwich amenities (places to eat, shop, entertainment, library). When we decided on a house in Sandwich, Beverly, a long-time local, who knows everyone, was able to give us reliable, detailed info on our neighborhood, services... well pretty much everything.
