We live in Southern California and due to covid, Chantel and Betty and their team managed the entire sale of our house in the Monterey Bay area. They took over in organizing the update of our home and provided all the workers at a reasonable price. Here are more thoughts that come to mind: Chantel has over 20 years of experience and knowledge; she determined the correct asking price; her negotiating skills with the buyer's realtor were outstanding; they were very good with communicating with us and meeting us on Zoom when we were going through the interviewing process; and we were very impressed with their staging the house and the photos on the internet. We will highly recommend Chantel and her team to our neighbors, friends, and whomever is reading this review!

My husband and I didn’t make our buying and selling easy on Chantel. She showed determination of getting the best price forOur home as well as our purchase.She always made herself available for questions big or small. Her expertise as a realtor made my husband and I feel at ease and relived that she was doing what was best for us and our family. Betty is her daughter who has been working alongside her mother and their teamwork was exceptional! My husband and I recommend them 100%. They will not let you down.We now live in our forever home and could have done it with our both their attentiveness and dedicated to their profession.

I had been referred to Chantel by my daughter. Chantel had been their realtor when they purchased a home and they were very happy with her. Right from the beginning I liked her and her assistant, Bette. They both worked very hard for me in so many ways. I believe i had initially spoken to Chantel and expressed my desire to purchase a home. A very short time later I saw a listing and called Chantel. She arranged for me to see the home that same day. That was a Friday night. I believe we made an offer on the home on Monday and the offer was subsequently accepted and then started the process of finding a lender, all the inspections, a mountain of paperwork and all the details that go into purchasing a home. I was a novice and really knew nothing about it. Chantel walked me through it all with patience, kindness, thoroughness, professionalism and charm. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She is a font of knowledge, I kid you not. Nothing phases her. Even when things got a little complicated and I was frustrated she was the epitome of calm. In some ways, I have an intense personality and I expect whomever I work with to be the same way. Chantel is a can-do person. Even when I was harried she remained calm and confident and said it would all work out and it did. She responds to any text or phone call almost immediately. She even responds on the weekends. I felt as if I had a best friend who really wanted me to have this home and she was going to do all she could to ensure that. She was amazing. I have nothing to say in a negative way about Chantel. I would recommend her services to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I also wanted to commend Bette Stringer. She was Chantel’s assistant in this matter. She showed me the home on more than one occasion; helped me find items that needed to be repaired; ,and was just lovely to work with as well. They were both just so supportive.

The process was very smooth and easy. No headaches, no misunderstanding, and no lies. What I liked the most of Chantel and Betty is that they treated us like family members. If we ever buy again in the future, they will be the first to contact.Jaime and Family
