Chantel Henson and the Homes by Henson team were nothing short of spectacular in all they did to get our home prepared for sale and through the whole process of listing and negotiating the final close. We turned to Chantel to help us sell a family home that needed some updating and TLC to prepare it for its new owner. Working with the Compass Concierge program, we were able to get most of the $$ to complete the work that needed to be done. She took the lead to arrange for the contractors to do the work, assure the work was done correctly, did the troubleshooting that was necessary to stay ahead of any pitfalls with permits, inspections or potentially overlooked issues that could have caused problems later. She was ALWAYS available to consult with us when we had questions and listened closely to our concerns and input. She even accommodated when we wanted to do something different in the presentation and staging of the house! Her professionalism and our faith in her is reflected in the fact that when we relied on her expertise and knowledge (which is considerable) she would offer a real opinion (not everyone is willing to do that) around which we could have an active conversation to come to a decision. We turned to her a great deal to give us the comfort we needed to know we were taking the right path. We admire her integrity and her insistence to do things the right way which is exactly where we felt best. It was a lot of work (mostly her and Betty and Hannah) and took some time…. But we always felt confident that we were on the same page. Plus, Chantel is fun to talk to! Thank you for making what could have been difficult and tumultuous, painless instead — and even fun sometimes!

This team of professionals are the best! Chantel, Betty and Hannah took plenty of time to assure we felt comfortable with each step of the process. They were consistently responsive to phone calls, texts and email. Selling our family home of 60 plus years was not easy, from emotions, tasks, and the massive amount of documents that come with selling or buying.
