We were out of state owners of our family home, with current tenants. Bette guided us on pricing and suggested making important improvements, prior to listing. She helped us to find a high quality workers to make the improvements and advised us on open houses and helped us to manage the tenants living at the property. Once listed, Bette held a broker open, to introduce the property to multiple agencies. Bette then worked with our tenants to book showing days and times, that were appropriate for all parties. Within 60 days she brought us an offer, that was a little low and she continued to show the house and brought a second offer that was full asking. Bette was hands on, checking on workers, holding open houses and private showings to the more interested parties. In the end, Bette brought us two qualified buyers and one of the parties decided to buy our home for full asking price. She kept us and the buyers fully informed through out the contract, inspections, escrow and closing. Many realtors would have pushed us to take the first offer, but Bette found better buyers for us, a nice family that were willing to pay full asking price. Bette was always responsive to our calls and texts, returning our calls/texts within hours and not to exceed the following day.
