Betsy did an amazing job for us and was an absolute Godsend. I can say right now that we would not have a house if not for her efforts. We were first time home buyers on a very strict deadline, with limited availability / time because we were getting married, traveling internationally for our honeymoon, moving, and starting a new job all within the same 6 week time frame. To accomplish all of these things while buying a new house would have been unrealistic under most circumstances, but we had a realtor in Betsy who went the extra mile on our behalf, and she helped make our goals achievable. We had 2-3 weeks to find a house in a frustratingly hot market on the other side of town (the kind where multiple houses have already been sold for above listing price before you can even get someone on the phone to schedule a visit). With Betsy's help, we were able to get a bid in and complete the option period prior to our wedding, and close on a house exactly one month after our wedding date! Throughout the entire process, Betsy was persistent, available for us, responsive to our questions, and extremely prompt in terms of scheduling house visits, submitting bids, communicating, and getting documentation in order. She was especially good for us as first time homebuyers because she genuinely cared about getting us a place to live, and went out of her way to educate and teach us while shepherding us through the complexities of the real estate transaction. I would highly recommend her without reservation.
