Words cannot express how grateful we are to have worked with Betsy. We are repeat customers and will continue to come back to her in the future. She was always avalable while we were house hunting during these challeging times, making sure we had all the information required to make the best possible decision for us. Her knowledge and expertise makes stressful cituations easier to handle. Without betsy’s guidance and support we might have missed the opportunity to get our beautiul home. We are forever thankful she was the angel assigned to us to help us get our dream home.

Betsy is a Wonderful Realtor. She was patient with me throughout the 5 months working with her. She communicated with me in a very timely manner, answered any questions and even gave me some great pointers. I highly recommend her for your home buying or selling needs.

Betsy was extremely patient while listening to everything I said, even when I didn’t know what I wanted. She took my cues and showed me so many places that it was difficult to make a decision. At the last moment, my fiancé wanted to see some other properties. Betsy gladly showed her all of the properties that we had previously looked at. Then we made a decision. Betsy is very honest and she gives you all of the facts about the properties. I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful she was to work with.

We greatly appreciate Betsy’s expertise in realtor state. She has facilitated the sale and purchases of several properties on our behalf. In addition we have recommended Betsy to family friends and neighbors all of whom she assisted in purchasing and the sale of properties.

Betsy is very knowledgeable about real state she understands the market and guide you to make sure you can buy what you really want. Betsy has a great understanding of many programs that can help and benefit any family looking for that perfect home. Very professional and dedicated to her profession. Those are only a few of the great things of many that I can say about Betsy.

We where hunting everywhere for a home. It's a jungle out there right now, no joke. I think I called Betsy every day sometimes more than once a day with listings to go see before they got sold out from under us. She always responded by texting or calling within minutes. She has a team that worked with us till the end answering all our questions about everything from inspections to wire transfers. She and her team will really be with you from beginning to closing day and beyond. If I sell or buy again I'm going to Betsy Brenton Garcia.

Betsy helped me find my home a few years ago and it was a very positive experience. She found me exactly what I was looking for, because she listened to what I wanted and needed. The experience was so positive that, when it was time to sell, my only call was to Betsy. She provided fantastic service as a seller's agent as well. We had multiple offers within hours of the listing. Betsy helped me navigate the offers, providing guidance based on her knowledge and experience. Some of the offers were certainly not in my best interest, and Betsy communicated promptly with both me and the buyers to ultimately determine which offer was the right one for me. We were able to close within 30 days, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking to buy or sell, call Betsy. I am confident you will be glad you did!

I recomend her as a good guidance and professional work person and unest to the clients like my self and others.

Betsy is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions right away. She also knew what to do at every step of our sale and purchase to complete the process. I would not buy another property without Betsy on our team!
