I had a wonderful experience dealing with Betsy Breton-Garcia in selling my home. She is a true knowlegable professional. From the first day she provided me with an abundance of information regarding the real estate status in my area, educating me and suggesting realistic expectations. These were much higher than I anticipated. Within a month a contract was obtained. Moreover, after the buyer's closing she reviewed the document finding a stipulation that I, the buyers and the closing agent had overlooked. This added thousands of dollars to the final amount I received. She also coordinated the cleaning and detailing of the house, lansdcaping maintenance with improvements, staging and presentation of the house and even my Estate Sale. I was blessed in having Betsy Breton-Garcia as my real estate agent and highly recommend her to everyone.

Betsy went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of my parent’s new home. She is professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner which made the whole buying process stress free. Betsy is also one of the most friendliest, caring, and genuine people who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Not only do I consider her a friend, but she is also family now.

Excellent service above and beyond, high commitment fast and reliable answering guiding through the full process highly recommend

Betsy is a wonderful realtor. Very knowledgeable about the different communities and cities. Always working hard on our behalf dealing with the builders.

My boyfriend and I have been working with Betsy for about a year and it was a great experience. She was very patient and understanding. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. When we first started working with her we were active duty members stationed in Washington state and she made the process very easy for us despite the long distance. She is truly a blessing in disguise.

If you don’t have an agent, strongly recommend Betsy. Betsy is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market.

We very much enjoyed working with Betsy and we will definitely be recommending to her everyone we know who is ready to buy/sell. She was familiar with the area that we were looking to move which helped. It's our first house and she helped us through this process. She works very hard and helped us get our dream home.

Betsy is honest, trustworthy, extremely competent and professional. She is very knowledgeable and worked diligently to make sure our house was ready for a great open house. Betsy was our realtor 5 1/2 years ago. When we were looking for a condo in Metro West Orlando. She spent many hours going through the vast prospects until she found the perfect one for us. So when it was time to sell naturally we called upon Betsy again. Her vast knowledge of the real estate business is second to none. She is truly a professional. Within two days on the market and two cash offers we were able to close within two weeks. If you are ever in the need of a realtor whether buying or selling We would highly recommend Betsy. She always comes through.
