Even though we lived in Wyoming, Bethany was super helpful in helping us find a home in Utah. She immediately got right on calling for appointments and making them for us. She drove 3 1/2 hours and spent a couple more hours to show us several properties. Once we decided on one, she got right on the offer and followed through. Because of her being on top of things, we negotiated a sale that was almost missed if we'd been 3 hours late. She helped us with details of all kinds, things we may not have thought of. Bethany helped sell my home in Northern Utah. We had a full price offer the day after it was listed. She was able to effectively communicate with all parties involved, even though she was located in Southern Utah. She was on top of deadlines and made the whole selling process a breeze. The best part was that she was able to communicate professionally with another agent and buyer who were both a bit grumpy and at times unprofessional in their interaction with us, the sellers. So, even when the other party involved was not fun to work with, she kept things going smoothly and even continued to manage the grumpy buyers after the sale was complete.
