We were referred to Bethany by our mortgage lender and she was the exact realtor that we didn't know we needed. We are a military couple moving back to NC but wanted to settle in an area farther from the base. We initially targeted Moore county and expanded our search to fit our budget/needs. Bethany and her husband provided invaluable insight and information into a part of NC we had only passed through on occasion. As homeowners in the area themselves and as a NC native (her husband) we felt we were given excellent information regarding neighborhoods, towns, etc. during our house hunt. Bethany and Wes did not hesitate to show us properties usually within 24 hours of us looking at the listings. We commented several times how pleased and grateful we were that they were literally running all over the area for us. We were unable to come to NC to look at houses personally because of the current market but Bethany did several Facetime walk throughs with us. That can be an un-nerving prospect for many (not unusual for the military though) but I was completely at ease with Bethany's assessments of each home. She understood my aesthetic and pointed out things that she seemed to knowingly realize would be important to us. We also felt confident with the advice and guidance she gave when offering on houses. We never felt ill advised and she talked us through many scenarios (a must in the current market). Bethany helped my husband and I find our first home together and what will hopefully be our forever home. We are extremely grateful for her guidance, patience and friendship throughout the entire procedure and would highly recommend her services.
