I’m an out of state investor and was very fearful of investing out of state knowing nobody outside of California. Bethany, Wesley, and their team made my fears go away with the first call. They were very informative, attentive, and patient with me and my needs. They made the home buying process as easy as you can get. Their team was there at all times to answer any questions or Concerns I had. This won’t be the first time we will be doing business. I can’t sing their praises enough.

Bethany is special! I have not had many good experiences with realtors. They usually know everything, answer without seeking the correct answer, and tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale. After the papers are signed, they disappear. This was never the case with Bethany. She even showed up to our closing to ensure the numbers were all correct. Ask her a question? She goes to the source and finds the correct data. Impressive.

They knew we were looking for a specific type of lot with a vibrant neighborhood. A year and change ago, they got wind of a lot to-be-developed, and secured not only first right of refusal for a highly in-demand neighborhood, but were able to negotiate a house plan change before the permits were officially submitted. From that point on, they interfaced seamlessly and graciously navigated all obstacles. Home building can be stressful at times, but we never once felt that our team wasn't doing absolutely everything for us. We were mostly impressed by the level of communication between Premier and the builder and Premier and us, the homebuyers.
