Beth Walker

I didn’t particularly like being so rushed to close when there was no time crunch. I was misled into believing the buyers needed to move sooner than they actually did. My neighbor has since told me they still haven’t moved in and it’s been six weeks now. I was told they lost everything in Hurricane Helene but apparently they had another place to live.It was very disappointing to find this out as my husband and I busted our butts to move out over the busy Thanksgiving Day weekend. My plan was to gradually move to our new house and take my time so I could figure things out as I went. I guess the agents needed their commission in a hurry. Beth has been a long time friend and I wanted to make sure she got her commission because she took her time with me and we looked at many houses for years but I was disappointed in the end. I understand, though, how “sales” work and I don’t hold this against anyone. I just thought she would have looked out for my well being a little better; if the situation was reversed I would have done anything to make her life easier.

Beth is an experienced, knowledgeable real estate professional. She stays on top of all the moving parts involved in every real estate transaction from start to finish.
