We were treated with friendly - and patient - professionalism.

We had been hearing for some time that it was a "sellers' market" and several units in our development had sold recently, so our expectations were high. Because we had already signed a lease on a new apartment, we were a little anxious when the first wave of a dozen showings didn't generate any offers. We agreed to lower our asking price and Beth helped us stay optimistic even as she encouraged us to be realistic. Sure enough, a solid offer came through almost immediately - what a relief! Knowing that we had to be out of town on the day of closing, Beth stepped up and handled everything for us. She was thorough, supportive and patient throughout the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
