Since Beth lives in the William Penn community she was knowledgeble about the community, being a member of the HOA board. She worked with me professionally and even travelled a couple hours to meet me for signing papers that had to be notorized. Beth has been a major support throughout this entire process. First, her explanations of all of the legal jargon in the contract to sell was very very easy to follow and therefore made it easier to move from one step to the other. In addition to that she helped me with getting things set up for the best possible showing and she also helped me with some minor repairs that needed to be done to make it more salable. We had two offers within two days. Both offers were for the same amount of money but the one offer was looking for 100% mortgage which made us nervous and did not have a mortgage contingency letter which also made me nervous. We took the second offer but the woman backed out because out of a big house inspection which were five minor items which probably would’ve cost me $200 to fix I think she used it just because she didn’t like the house after all. We found out that there was a lien against my property for a mortgage that I had actually paid off seven years ago and the mortgage company never cleared it with the county it took us weeks to get that settled with the mortgage company and again best and the woman from the Germantown title company we’re both really supportive and helpful through that very trying time. We went back to the other offer and that person came back with less than 100% mortgage and also had another person as a signer on the mortgage and there we took that mortgage again for the same amount of money and actually she was the person that I really liked and hope that she would have gotten the house in the first place. In addition I can’t move into my new place until June 1 so she also worked a deal that I called out I settled three weeks before that I could still stay in the house and pay rent to the new buyer which is what I’m doing right now. She was extremely supportive and very creative and just walk me through all of the different steps to get this whole thing done. She works really hard to help the seller meet the seller’s goals
