Beth helped the reviewer buy this property

Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed working with Beth, as she made our home search very smooth and easy, and we ended up finding our forever home! Beth shared multiple options and scheduled showings quickly. During walk throughs, Beth was prepared and knew the details bout the home, and pointed out things that we would have missed. She worked after hours with us in putting in offers and making sure everything was organized. She handled the back and forth communication between the selling relator, and made the negotiations a very smooth process. During the inspections and our negotiations with that, she was very clear in stating what we wanted to the sellers, and helped us to ultimately get exactly what we wanted. Our biggest mistake was not working with the mortgage broker that Beth recommended. We had several issues with our broker, and Beth helped us come to the best solutions so we could move forward with settlement on the date we wanted and originally planned for. We would highly recommend Beth as you are searching for your new home!
