Beth was our agent at a very difficult time. My Dad was moving from his longtime home to an independent living situation. Beth gave us advice on what would increase the house's value, since there had been no recent updates. My husband and I were handling his sale, but lived an hour away. Beth kept an eye on the house because of our distance. My Dad's house needed to be completely emptied, so we spent a lot of time recycling, donating, and disposing. Since trash could only be put out the night before, Beth would put Dad's trash cans out the night before trash day and return them to the garage the day of. Not only was Beth my Dad's realtor, but also his neighbor. She was a very kind and caring person during this transitional time for him. Since Beth lives in the William Penn community she was knowledgeble about the community, being a member of the HOA board. She worked with me professionally and even travelled a couple hours to meet me for signing papers that had to be notorized. She also did a few personal favors for me such as taking out my trash after I was gone and had her friends move a heavy piece of furniture outside for trash pick-up.
