The realtor the people NEED on their journey in buying a house

Beth was referred to my by a coworker and I will only refer anyone who asks and is needing a realtor. Beth, hands down, was by far the greatest asset in helping me find my new home. She's kind, thoughtful and has so much knowledge and resources that were beyond what I could have asked for on my 10 month journey in finding the perfect place. Whenever there was a property that I wanted to look at, all I would need to do is send her an email or a text and she'd get everything set up and I never even had to worry about seeing a place. She would even ask around to her other realtor friends and get all the information needed on a property if it had a unique listing history or challenges inside (albeit all the homes I wanted to look at weren't always the nearest and cleanest). As we got close to putting offers and closing, she would verify everything with me and make sure it was something the I really wanted to do, and I knew that she truly had my best interest in mind and didn't want me getting something I would hate in the end. Even during the closing period, whenever I would have questions or encountered problems which I didn't know how to manage, she would reach out to all parties involved, find out what needed to be done, and help walk me through all the fine print. If it wasn't for Beth, I don't think I would've ever been able to find my (soon to be dream) home after I renovate it and she'll always be a welcome guest whenever she's in the area!
