She went above and beyond for us. We previously had a horrid experience with a realtor from a different group. Our banker suggested trying out landmark realtors and suggested Beth. This was single handedly the best advice we got during our home buying adventure. She was very warm and welcoming. She really cared about what needs we were looking for from a home and diligently looked and helped us find many candidates. She walked through many homes with us and she was on our side. This was our first time buying a home and she worked so hard to make sure we found a property we loved and matched those needs. We finally found our home and she was amazing during the buying process. She was quick to respond and was on top of every detail big or small. I seriously cant explain the sigh of relief (especially after our experience with a really bad realtor) how it felt, knowing someone was in our corner helping us out. When it finally came to closing day, the seller was a little bit difficult and wasnt ready. Beth navigated this tricky situation with her expertise and we ended up closing with everything in our favor. Again she will go above and beyond for her clients. As someone who has seen the worst of the worst when it comes to realtors, I cant explain the night and day difference having Beth was compared to the others. Seriously, thank you for everything!

Beth really went above and beyond for me! I was living about 200 mi. Away and was mostly dealing with her over the phone. She went out of her way for me and worked with me with my budget and liking. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous to reach out to anyone about looking at homes, but I am so glad that I found Beth! She is extremely knowledgeable, has great communication, and was able to answer any questions my fiancée and I had. I felt comfortable in every home she showed us and appreciated her letting me look at all of the “pretty” things while she showed us all of the not so pretty things that could cost a lot of money in the future. Beth was referred to my by a coworker and I will only refer anyone who asks and is needing a realtor. Beth, hands down, was by far the greatest asset in helping me find my new home. She's kind, thoughtful and has so much knowledge and resources that were beyond what I could have asked for on my 10 month journey in finding the perfect place. Whenever there was a property that I wanted to look at, all I would need to do is send her an email or a text and she'd get everything set up and I never even had to worry about seeing a place. She would even ask around to her other realtor friends and get all the information needed on a property if it had a unique listing history or challenges inside (albeit all the homes I wanted to look at weren't always the nearest and cleanest). As we got close to putting offers and closing, she would verify everything with me and make sure it was something the I really wanted to do, and I knew that she truly had my best interest in mind and didn't want me getting something I would hate in the end. Even during the closing period, whenever I would have questions or encountered problems which I didn't know how to manage, she would reach out to all parties involved, find out what needed to be done, and help walk me through all the fine print. If it wasn't for Beth, I don't think I would've ever been able to find my (soon to be dream) home after I renovate it and she'll always be a welcome guest whenever she's in the area!
