The home buying experience was a first for me and I don't think I would have mentally made it through without Beth's support and knowledge. She was very professional from day one and took the time to educate me on the home buying process. Beth was extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's attributes. Even though at first we hadn't conveyed our desired clearly (we didn't really know ourselves) she quickly picked up on key points, making notes, and each house was closer and closer to our ideal. With her excellent job-skill, we were able to find our home in 3 showing days! Once the bid was in and accepted, she walked us through every step seamlessly, going out if her way to find contractors, painters, and inspectors. She presented them to us with various choices and allowed us to research as needed. The signing was quick and painless, and she had even stopped by our house prior to drop off a few things outside to make it really feel like home. I truly cannot say enough about her. She will definitely be referred by us to any friend that is looking for a home!
