Beth came recommended to us from another realtor. We saw several other realtors and when we met Beth, my wife and I immediately knew Beth would find us our home. She came prepared to our first meeting as we threw question after question at her. If she didn't know the answer, we had a response within 3 hours. She was always willing to meet us on our terms (as we were coming in from out of town) and always seemed to work her schedule to accommodate ours. It was obvious from the beginning that she was hard working and was well connected to the community because she had at least 3 people that she had worked with before (inspections, attorneys, etc.) that she would recommend and why, but always let us decide without question (unless she had a really bad experience with a certain company). Our closing day was a breeze because Beth obviously did a lot of behind the scenes work. Even after closing, she fielded questions and was available for whatever we needed. We could not recommend Beth enough to a potential buyer and we strongly stand behind Beth's exceptional work ethic.

Brought a packet and I just remember as it’s been over 2 yrs, she was very professional yet personable and patient and knowledgeable. We went many places to look for homes. It was very important for me to get what I needed and desired. I only regret having rushed thru the inspection process as there are things that I found out only just recently. I believe that is the most important part of the closure process as once it’s fobe and you accept it there is no going back. I have gone s lot to the property from closing until now. Very expensive improvements and more to come. But that goes with getting the home for s good price and also s new roof which Beth negotiated a lot for me! I appreciate her and her hard work. We still keep in contact and when my mom passed in May Beth sent a sympathy card!
