Let me first say that Beth has a wealth of knowledge & experience in real estate, which only added to her own personal knowledge about the area in which we made our purchase (Beth once called this area 'home' for over 10 years). We were moving from out of state to Pennsylvania. Even before we met Beth, she inquired about our wishes and expectations, sent us a few suggested homes to look at on line, and then adjusted her search based on our response to her suggestions. She prepared a list of appropriate homes that we were able to visit in one weekend. At each house we visited she followed our lead and and allowed us to explore as we wanted, but was quick to respond to our questions and comments. Beth also gave her honest assessment of the property based on her experience when it seemed called for. That was much appreciated. When we found a house we were interested in she was helpful in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and in helping us to prepare an offer that would be attractive to the seller. Beth was invaluable in explaining the intricacies of Pennsylvania real estate law, practice and protocol. Under her guidance, and attention to detail, the process from contract to settlement was surprisingly smooth. Throughout the entire process she was attentive, sympathetic and always cheerful. She was not there just to make a sale, but to help us find a new home. And she did.
