Great experience as an out-of-state client

It was with some urgency that I contacted Beth Martin, the listing agent at All Seasons Real Estate, to buy a particular piece of vacant land in Holiday Island. She knew the backstory of the seller and was willing to work with me for a quick closing on the property. As an out-of-state buyer, I am sure I presented some unique or uncommon problems. I was impressed with her willingness to walk me through the electronic documents. Beth worked through everything - even compiling a list of insurance agents and their contact information. From start to finish, Beth smoothed out the wrinkles for this transaction answering my questions and concerns. I never had a concern go unanswered. She was quick to respond to my questions. Beth worked extremely hard to get us to the closing in a little over 2 weeks. Even for this purchase of a small piece of property, she made every effort to make this sale happen - quickly and efficiently. I wish her commission could have been more.
