Beth Forrest

Working with Beth to purchase our next home was a treat. We were dealing with an out of state purchase and had been looking off and on for around 4 years. Several places of interest to us became available and she helped us narrow it down to one we immediately fell in love with. Her patience and perseverance really paid off and we were thrilled to have her as our agent. She was very personable and easy to work with.

We first met Beth in Spring 2024 on our first trip to NC. She spent 2 full days with us learning what we what and what we didn't know we wanted. We returned home (out of state) and stayed in touch and she waited patiently as we sold our existing home and moved to NC. We ended up building new and needed a rental and Beth found a great rental home for us while our new home was being built. She was always available for questions and is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of buying/building/financing...everything. We all ended up being friends and get together socially even though we've moved into our new home. She's super nice and down to earth and we're blessed to have her as a friend. We cannot recommend her enough!

Beth was a joy to work with on our house search. She was proactive, responsive and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and found a house we knew nothing about and that was the one we bought. Thank you Beth for your expertise, guidance and friendship. We feel that we not only had a wonderful realtor but also a good friend looking out for us.

Beth has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience that she brought to our home buying experience. She listened to what we wanted and needed and then proceeded to show us houses that were exactly what we were looking for. Once we made our decision, she worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth transaction that was in our best interest. She was very pleasant to work with. In addition to gaining a realtor, we feel like we gained a new friend!

Beth was a great Agent to work with. I found her online as the preferred Agent for a Community we were interested. We let here know that we were in an exploratory stage in our moving plans and it might be a year before we were ready to move. Nevertheless she took an entire afternoon and showed us communities we were interested in. Two stood out to us, but again were were just "looking." A few months later, she contacted us a told us that one of the Communities we liked were going to build the last homes in that complex. We really only wanted a one story and these two were going to be two story. She contacted the building and let they know we were interested, but only a one story. The building stated that if we signed a Purchase Agreement by that weekend they would change it to a one story. We were really not quite ready to move, but could not pass up this opportunity. Beth continued to work with us throughout the process and helped smooth things along the way. We have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so in the future.

It was a great experience Beth was awesome. It was so nice to get to meet her. She did a great job with selling my house and helping me find the right one for me. I would recommend her to anybody.
