Beth Day

My husband and I were new to the area but we knew what part of town we wanted to be in. There were two houses for sale that had been on the market for some time. We started doing some cold calling to local agents and Beth was the first to return my call! We are not the type that like to be rushed, but when we know we want something we go after it. Beth worked quickly to get showings for both homes and within a day we had an offer in. In the meantime of going back and forth, she tailored a home search for us to see what else was out there just in case our offer was not accepted. She worked diligently to get answers to our questions and in the end get us the best deal we could. I'm so glad she returned my call!
