I credit Beth Creaghan as both Executive Director and Producer of the epic movie of a critical period in my life, “Bringing Gramma Home.” Without her extraordinary assistance, my dream would not have come true. I met Beth through my son-in-law, via their professional association, and worked with her mostly long distance, for at least 3 years, until all the necessary pieces aligned. She always listened to me, gave me feedback to clarify my goals and soon became my trusted right-hand woman in my search for the perfect forever home. Beth set up computerized searches for me, tailoring many details to my serious specific needs and wants, and transmitted them electronically when new properties became available. She worked tirelessly with other agents to answer all my questions and sought out a competent team of professionals to assist with all aspects of home purchase. She even answered many questions about selling my former home. Going through that selling experience and coming into contact with numerous realtors made me thankful for Beth all over again as her integrity and sense of fair play are not the norm.
