My husband and I moved to NC from out of state. We were unable to visit homes in person during our search but Beth helped us feel at ease during the entire process. She visited the homes we were interested in and walked through the houses with us via video calls. She pointed out things that were harder to see over video, described the home to us as she walked around (i.e. driveway seems steep, ceiling seems low, etc) as you can't always tell in pictures or even over video calls, and pointed things out that we would need to consider if we went with the home. Beth really helped us understand how the homes felt and might be since we were not there in person! She described the neighborhoods of the homes to us, how public transportation might be, etc. She also explained all the documents to us and walked us through each of them, which not every realtor does, and we appreciated as things were slightly different from NC and our home state! Beth was quick to respond to all of our messages and calls and answered our questions promptly. She's the most responsive realtor we have worked with and seemed to really care that we found a home that fit our needs and lifestyle and once we found a home, made sure we understood every step of the process and recommended how to best navigate it during this unpredictable housing market!
