Beth is great- very professional and knows all the ins and outs of the business. We were first time home buyers and she made the whole deal seamless by checking in with us throughout the process and making sure we were getting everything done on our end that kept us on track. She asked the questions we didn't know to ask when the house was being inspected and answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. She kept in contact with our lender and the closing attorney and that took a lot of the worry away. We will definitely use her again!
Beth approaches real estate as if she were the buyer herself, and that makes the experience so much easier. Not only did she consider the things we might have overlooked, but she also provided support during disappointments in a very tough sellers market. She went above and beyond industry expectations for as us as about 1/2 of our search happened while abroad - she made every effort to make sure we were in a house we love (and we do) within a small window of time prior to the new school year starting. That level of stability for our transitioning family was invaluable, and she never once complained as we felt we were monopolizing her time. As far as we are concerned, Beth will be out our only consideration for real estate as long as she is in the business.
