Beth sat with my husband and I and explained her qualifications, the do's and don'ts, showed us the analyzes she had done and a suggestion on fair market value for our home. We signed the contract and never looked back. She was always available with any questions, gave us timely updates, there for the showings, and after the sale Beth and her team ( including her husband) went above and beyond in helping us more our furnishings to a storage unit. Beth came with a U-haul truck with her co-workers and worked till all furnishings was moved to our storage unit. Who volunteers to put their day on hold to help a client? Beth's words "It's not all about the sale, we help out when needed, that's what we do." Bought a home listed by Turn Key. After closing I discovered a indoor septic system for a upflush toilet in the basement that was installed poorly, leaving me with a open bucket of sewage in my house!! There was never any mention of such a system existing in the property disclosure form, in fact, said form listed no known issues about the property. I contacted the office and was told by Beth that I "should probably just contact a lawyer". So unless you too would like to purchase a home with a hidden bucket of human waste in the basement, or you enjoy dealing with a "take the money and run" type of buisness, I would highly suggest you take your business and more importantly your hard earned money elsewhere. They were very clear in that having already been paid they had zero interest in helping a new home owner who evidently mistakenly chose to do buisness with them.
