Sensational,͏ courteous, extremely helpful, no question to small or to dumb This was my first experience in selling a home. I was 500 miles away from family and this residence. I knew no one in or near this estate. I felt overwhelmed at first. Beth helped me to prepare the home in every way possible to make it able to be placed on the market. She continually evaluated the market to help me decide when it was best to list my property. She was always available for questions. Even when I returned home and left my property in her hands she constantly kept me updated about any progress on the sale. When making any changes she was pro me, always representing my needs and my best interests. I cant imagine any other person taking the time she did and making it her prime priority to get this property marketed and sold. I cant find any thing negative in this experience. When prior offers did not work out she constantly encouraged me not to be disappointed, and helped me to stay focused on what were the positives of the property to the potential buyer.
