Beth Anthony is an awesome agent. I am an out-of-state buyer and needed extra assistance with community options and the buying process. I located her through a 55+ Community general line. She listened to what I wanted and researched what communities fit my desires and answered all of my questions. I didn't find a home on my first visit, but the meeting was invaluable. She is very intuitive. Before I made my second trip back, she assisted my brother with finding a home. On my second visit, we found my home. She explained all of the documents and requirements clearly and provided step by step assistance. She went out of her way to get my transaction closed, and even followed up with post-closing matters while I was out-of-state. I highly recommend her.
