She listened to what I wanted and researched what communities fit my desires and answered all of my questions. I didn't find a home on my first visit, but the meeting was invaluable. Because this house is a bit of a fixer, Beth has given us numerous vendor referrals – she even came by and hauled away our empty boxes after our move, which went way above and beyond. On one of our phone calls before our purchase, I told her she was my very best friend in Ocala, jokingly she replied “I am your only friend in Ocala” Although we have been here almost a month, and moved to a wonderful neighborhood with welcoming fun neighbors. Beth Anthony is not only our real estate agent but a truly good friend who I would recommend a thousand times. If we could offer 10 stars, we would. Beth Anthony's knowledge of the real estate business is very comprehensive. She is totally up on the latest listings and offers the client to view the houses that are available at their own convenience. She would offer information of the property in a non-pushy way, which totally appealed to me. I in no way felt pressure from her, and touring the houses with her was a very relaxing experience. Even after the purchase of the house Beth explained the closing procedure. She advised me that I had the option of attending the closing or having a notary come to my house and sign the necessary paperwork. She reminded me to get the utilities put in my name and provided phone numbers to do so, as well as referrals for homeowners insurance. I couldn't have had a more thorough and generous agent.
