Bernard is extremely professional not pushy at all. Very polite and responsive to phone calls and emails. He is an expert in the process, local knowledge, negotiation skills are great. He was very patient and our family liked him a lot. Overall a very good experience.

In South Florida there are many options when choosing a Realtor in fact so many options it is difficult to weed out the good ones some times. Don't want to print and sign all that paper work, Bernard sends it all via e-sign documents there is no hassle you can even look and sign paper work from your smart phone.<br/><br/>When you work with Bernard you don't have to worry about something going wrong because if it does you are working with someone who has experience, is ethical and will go the extra mile to make things work. Bernard even got me showings that I doubt others could have. <br/><br/>Bernard is that Realtor you wish you would had worked with but for some reason did not or could not find. You can tell this is his passion, his livelihood and he will do what ever it takes to please and make things work out. There are not enough words to describe how great my experience has been with Bernard. He is always available and answers all my questions without hesitation. I swear he works 24/7.
