Bernard Aaron is the best real estate professional I've ever met; and it's not just me saying this; everyone we interacted with along the way complemented him; asked where did I find him? They told me that realtors like him don't come along too often. He is knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, helpful, organized and responsive. Bernard helped me buy a new condo and sell my existing condo during this crazy market. I had read prior reviews of Bernard and they were amazing; I thought how can it be? well it is. He is working with lots of clients but you'd never know it as when working with you, you are the sole focus and he is extremely responsive via phone call, in person pop in, email or text; whatever you need. As I was downsizing, I needed to clear out a lot of stuff and he offered to come over in his sweatpants on the weekend to help!!! I had help so didn't need to take him up on this but it is a service he does indeed offer and if needed would have been extremely helpful. I was a nervous buyer/seller but Bernard "held my hand" every step of the way and whenever something came up he took care of it. He's even helped me after the sales. He truly went above and beyond through the whole process; would come over and scan docs for me and bring the bulk printing of docs as I didn't have a set up to do this myself. He is very hands on and I found this to be extremely helpful. He listed my condo for sale beautifully -- we didn't even make it to the open house as lots of interest beforehand. I got a great offer that was above asking and gave me some extras I was needing as well. I've been recommending Bernard to my friends and when I'm ready to move again; I will be contacting Bernard. He is truly an amazing person; one of a kind.
