Bernie Aaron made selling our condo really easy. He was in constant communication with us from preparing to list to closing. He was especially good at making sure we got everything that needed to be done, for example he organized the fire safety inspection so that I didn't have to worry about it. He was also a great liaison between us and the attorney by keeping track of all the documents and processes that were needed for the sale, which was great to have when selling because you already have enough to do. Bernard is an incredibly amazing agent. My parents were looking for houses for the past 2 years with no luck and non of the other agents seemed to care or show interest. I was lucky to find Bernard on Zillow and connect with him. From the first call I felt the enthusiasm. He assured me that we will find the dream home for my parents. In this crazy market and with limited listings, I was really worried that my parents will never buy a home.
