Out of State Move

Ben helped us buy a house cross county. It was so stressful but he helped us think through options for house hunting and understand local perspectives such as insurance requirements. We ended up house hunting in person but even if we hadn’t, we would have trusted Ben to be detailed in his review of houses and provide honest and open feedback on the condition and suitability for our needs. We also enjoyed working with Ben’s group who remained on top of everything going on to ensure a timely closing. We love our new home and so does the most important member of the family, our golden retriever.
