From start to finish, I have not met a real estate agent that works harder to sell a house. At our first meeting, Ben worked out a nice presentation of info about our home and discussed strategy and what price point we want to aim for. To get the house staged, Ben went way above and beyond to help us fix things and add some of his own touches to the interior. Once our house went live on the market, he arranged multiple open house events and produced virtual walkthrough videos for Facebook and YouTube. I am convinced our house sold as quickly as it did because of his level of effort. Ben instills a lot of trust and is incredibly open to requests and questions. I literally knew I could text or call him at any time. Even though our next home was new construction, we asked Ben to work with us on that purchase and he again looked out for our best interests the whole time. Benjamin is great to work with. He is easy to get a hold of (He actually answers his phone) Ben navigated the process through several sticky situations. In the end, he sold our home for $5k over the listing price. (Nice!) Benjamin used a professional photographer that took awesome pictures which made all the difference. Definitely recommended!
