Ben was a wonderful agent. He was patient. I looked at quite a few houses and put in quite a few offers, all of which the houses seem to have problems that I had not foreseen. He helped guide me through these problems and possible fixes and was great at communicating with the other realtor, buyers and myself. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially through the escrow process. Escrow was very stressful for me, and he continued to be patient, he helped keep me remain focused on the important issues, gave me support when I was stressed and helped me make informed decisions that I was comfortable with.He helped find competent inspectors and also helped find and schedule the appropriate people for repairs needed on the house for multiple issues that I had. I never felt pressured by him. He is pleasant to talk to... and I was super happy that it was Ben who helped me find a house (the process took over 2 years). I would highly recommend Ben as a competent, friendly, professional agent.
