We met Ben through his partner Dawn. We were first time home buyers so we didn't know basically anything about what to look for when buying a home. Ben was so easy to work with! He was always flexible and willing to look at as many houses as we wanted. We always felt like he was very honest with us and didn't want us to find just "any" house but the perfect fit for our family. When we finally did find the perfect home, the sellers thought he was a relative of ours because he went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met but that also the sellers were happy as well. As long as we are in Northern Utah we will always use Ben. He is seriously the best!

Ben and Kim made selling our home and purchasing a new home go smoothly and quickly. They handled every aspect with professionalism and made sure the process, which involved the sales of four homes, was completed on schedule without a hitch.

I just have to say that I've heard buying a home can be a scary, overwhelming process that can go on for months and months. Luckily, my partner and I went with Ben and Kim and this made the process easy and fun. They are awesome at what they do! Ben helped us so much with finding a new home and we really appreciate everything that him and his wife did for us. Here are a couple of highlights from our experience: - Ben will show a house to you ASAP. We looked at maybe 10 houses before finding the one. Ben was able to meet us at all of them within 24 hours at a time that was convienent for us and the home owner. When he can't make it, he has backup always. -Honesty! Ben was straight up with us from the beginning. He laid out the entire process and what we should expect. Everything we discussed in the first meeting was exactly how things happened. -Analyst. Ben is really good with numbers and will give you an estimate of what he believes the house is worth as you make an offer. He won't pressure you into buying a home you don't want, and won't argue with you if you want "The dream home" even if you're willing to pay more. He just tells it like it is. A couple of times we'd placed a bid on a home only to get a counter that was much higher that Ben's estimate. It was nice to know when to step away and when to continue. -Reliability. Both Ben and Kim were very reliable and were ALWAYS a text, phone call away. They helped us find all the inspectors and people needed to move the process further. It made buying the home less stressful when your given a choice. I never felt pressured to use the people that Ben suggested but it definitely made it easier to know they had a guy they could trust. There is a lot of great things to say about Ben and Kim but the most important thing is who they are as people. Just honest, loving people who really want you to be satisfied with the house that you buy.
