Ben kept the end goal of selling our townhouse as top priority in this challenging real estate market. He maneuvered through buyer challenges and kept us informed of those issues. Always trying to find a work around for buyers issues to help facilitate the sell. We originally met Ben when he was the selling agent for the townhouse when we bought it. He was so fair and actually recommended the seller to take our offer. He was so knowledgeable of the area and helped us settle in. That really impressed me that he was so helpful whether you were the buyer or seller. So of course, He was my first choice to sell my property.
