We were fortunate to work with Ben as we were looking for a property in the Sherman Oaks/Studio City area, and despite a very competitive market, we were able to find a lovely home that met all our requirements, within our budget. Ben is the kind of real estate agent you hope to find, but rarely do. At this point, he is a family friend, not just an agent. My family has worked with him for at least 10 years, and possibly closer to 20, which says a lot on its own. He is unbelievably communicative. If you need him, he is there for you at just about any time of day, and his response time is lightning fast.
