I have now bought two homes and sold one with Ben's help. Ben goes to bat for his clients and is always on top of it. My recent purchase is an older home that involved multiple systems/items that needed updating/repair. Ben was a tough negotiator to help get the seller to agree to all items on our inspection objection, and when a couple items were not done properly by closing, Ben had my back and got the seller to agree to escrowing additional funds for the repairs so that our closing could remain on time. These are the little things that make an experienced realtor worth every penny. My lender also dropped the ball on an appraisal issue 3 days before closing. Ben was on top of it making sure the lender made it right by reviewing the appraisal, providing comps, and generally staying on top of EVERYONE involved in the deal to make sure I could close on time. There were a couple times throughout this contract that I was ok with walking away from the deal and Ben never pressured me to stick it out just to get the deal done. He made sure that I was getting what I want and was comfortable with the deal, and was ready to go right back to square one with me on other properties if I were to make that decision. That, to me, is a great example of always being put FIRST as the buyer in a buyer/agent relationship. If you want an agent who truly is there to serve you and not the other way around, I know you'll be happy with Ben. Thank you Ben for all the help, patience, and expert guidance over the past 5 years.
