This is the second experience we've had with Ben Prucey. Ben helped sell my condo in Palomino Park mid-year 2024 and we contracted with Ben to also help us on the sale of our new development in Castle Rock. Ben helped us reach out to the developer on a regular basis from the get-go. He stopped by the sales office at the development location to ensure they knew we were interested in purchasing a lot as soon as the lots became available. The sales team got to know Ben well as he was there regularly. Once we secured the lot we wanted (with the help of Ben's tenacity), Ben regularly stopped by the construction site - ensuring things looked good and ensuring the contractor was building as needed. He took pictures and videos of the work during construction to show us where plumbing and electrical lines were and to just stay on top of the job overall. Ben was a trusted resource to help us understand what needed to be done on an individual inspection basis (building and radon), and what needed to be done even post-construction (grout sealing, etc). Was a pleasure working with Ben on this new development and we LOVE our new home! In addition to these now two contracts with Ben, we are listing our second home on the market with Ben, also in Palomino Park and are entrusting him with another asset of ours to sell. I am a retired Re Max agent of 35 yrs. I retired 12 yrs ago, I feel that I can truthfully say that Ben delivers. If he tells you something, believe it and listen to his advice. He even watered my plants and got someone to pick up some furniture that I could not take with me. He kept me advised of the number of showings and gave me the feedback from the showing agents. He does not “sugarcoat” any thing. My house sold very quickly to a well qualified buyer. A lot of that was because of his advice getting the home ready to show. He responds very quickly to any type of communication snd does not make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something. Basically he is very honest and he does his homework.

Ben was extremely helpful in the pricing and staging in my house. He made certain promises (staging, showing advertising etc) and kept them. I moved out to another state just before the house went on the market and he checked on the house daily, watered my plants, and made arrangements to dispose of some furniture I could not take. As a former Re Max agent myself, I really appreciated all of the little things he did to make this move easier.

We bought our new-construction home from a builder and I am so thankful Ben was involved. He had several suggestions for items to check that I wouldn’t have otherwise that saved us trouble down the road.
