We had Ben come to our house to do a market analysis. He was very professional and had a good understanding of not only our house but the neighborhood. He will not set the house price but gives you a price range that he thinks is right for the area. He checks out the house and gives you suggestions on what to do to make it ready for market. He brings in a professional photographer to do pictures to put online. He has a good online presence, does his own open houses, and has a good list of contractors to fix anything that needs fixing. We listed our house with Ben and without even having a open house the first people who viewed it bought it. WOW
Ben is a super nice man who knows what he is doing. Listens to what you want and will go out of his way to make it happen. We found a house that we loved but our bid as rejected by the buyer. We kept on hunting for another house with Ben. We saw a boat load of other houses, another one met our desires and our bid was rejected. without our knowledge, Ben went back to the original house we bid on and negotiated a good deal for both sides. Need less to say, we are now in a new house and very happy. Ben is a winner in our eyes. We also consider him a friend as well. Can't go wrong with him.
We were first time home buyers and Ben made the process extremely simple. You hear a lot of horror stories about buying a home but Ben’s knowledge of the market was top notch as he helped explain all the complicated terms and details to a tee as well as answered any questions that came up.
